Land Consultants, affiliated with Alain Pinel Realtors, is a full service real estate company. Established by Gary Herbert in 1980, Gary has established an outstanding reputation for excellence and integrity in the residential real estate market.



My goal is to provide superior customer service to my clients and tenants.



Over the last 30+ years I have represented over 2500 Buyers and Sellers in the sale of residential real estate. Having represented properties in every city in Santa Clara County as well as numerous properties in San Mateo County, including Atherton, Redwood City, Portola Valley, Woodside as well as properties in San Francisco. My sold property portfolio is equally diverse, having represented condominiums, townhouses, single family homes, raw land, duplexes, apartments, and subdivisions.



I have committed myself to become state of the art in the area of marketing. Along with the usual proven marketing methods I have forged many avenues to market my properties on the Internet. Including web page and affiliations with Yahoo, Google, Realtor.com, Zillow ,Trulia,  HotPads, Postlets along with many others. I am also a licensed General Contractor, having built and remodeled numerous homes. My wealth of experience and knowledge of the Real Estate and bulding industry give my clients a distinct competetive advantage in todays market.
